we work on a first draft of practical courses of action to

·       raise awareness (how the biobank makes a difference for you, how you make a difference for the biobank as a professional or researcher)

·       engage through dedicated communication (communication as sharing), onboarding, and ad hoc processes for valorisation or access to services.
